We are looking for an engineer who is comfortable working in evolving product environments, balancing technical excellence with pragmatism, and helping shape solutions as requirements evolve. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy taking ownership, solving complex problems, and building reliable AI software that delivers meaningful business impact.
You will work across the application stack, contributing to backend services, frontend experiences, integrations, and platform capabilities. The role involves building new features, maintaining production systems, and progressively taking ownership of key platform components.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using Python, FastAPI, React, and TypeScript
- Build backend services, APIs, integrations and user-facing product features
- Work with authentication, authorization, and integration frameworks across the platform
- Troubleshoot and improve production systems
- Contribute to platform architecture, performance, security, and reliability
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and contribute to overall software quality
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Experience with FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
- Experience with React and modern frontend development practices
- Strong understanding of web application architecture and RESTful APIs
- Experience working with production systems and customer-facing applications
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools and workflows to improve productivity and software quality
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Keycloak or similar identity and access management platforms
- Experience deploying and managing applications on cloud platforms
- Familiarity with Containers, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud environments
- Experience building AI-powered applications
- Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, or workflow orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar technologies
