Founder’s Office – People & Operations

We are seeking a Founder’s Office – People & Operations professional to work closely with the founders and leadership team in strengthening our people practices, operational execution, and internal coordination.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring that teams, processes, and priorities are aligned as the organisation continues to scale its products and capabilities. You will operate at the intersection of people, operations, and execution, acting as a trusted partner to the founders.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
People & Culture
Support hiring activities including screening, coordination, and candidate engagement
Own onboarding and offboarding experiences
Act as a point of contact for people-related queries and employee experience
Assist in developing and maintaining HR processes, policies, and documentation
Support initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and team engagement
Founder’s Office & Operations
Work closely with founders on execution priorities, follow-ups, and coordination
Enable cross-functional alignment to ensure timely delivery of internal initiatives
Manage vendors, tools, subscriptions, and operational workflows
Document, streamline, and improve internal processes
Provide operational support across teams as required
Strategic & Special Initiatives
Assist with research, internal reporting, and presentations
Support coordination with investors, partners, and external stakeholders
Track progress on company-wide initiatives and key milestones
Responsibilities
- Support hiring activities including screening, coordination, and candidate engagement
- Support initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, and team engagement
- Work closely with founders on execution priorities, follow-ups, and coordination
- Manage vendors, tools, subscriptions, and operational workflows
- Assist with research, internal reporting, and presentations
Must Have
- 3–7 years of experience in people operations, founder’s office, business operations, or related roles
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with common productivity tools (Microsoft 365, Odoo, ATS tools, etc.)
Nice to have
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership
- Exposure to people operations, hiring, or organisational development
- Background in startups, product organisations, or fast-growing teams
- Experience supporting cross-functional execution
